Action Plan

   • Identify key editors from leading forensic science journals across various specializations.
   • Invite them to join a steering committee to establish the ICFJE structure and initial goals.
2. Develop a Governance Structure:
   • Determine leadership roles (e.g., president, vice president, secretary).
   • Establish a membership structure (individual, journal memberships).
   • Define a code of ethics for the consortium.
3. Establish Communication Channels:
